Overview

We are looking to interview suitable candidates to join our existing, highly skilled team, creating mountain bike trails and pump tracks all over the UK. We are on the hunt for a bright, enthusiastic junior designer with a great eye for detail to assist with the development of the design phase of our projects. You’ll be a keen rider already, enabling you to apply your experience to the design of our future trails and tracks.

The role is a full time position with a 3 month probationary period. Whilst the role is predominately office based, some national travel each month will be required.

Our new junior designer will support the existing team with all elements of the trail design process. This will typically include site assessments, surveys, concept development, mapping through to construction drawings and setting out. There will also be some basic graphic design and other ad hoc design tasks.

There is always scope for progression at Architrail Velosolutions UK and with regular meetings with your manager, you’ll feel in control of your own career path. Additionally, your role will include writing sections for tenders and providing administrative support for their submission. For this reason, there will be a written element for submission, should you progress to the second stage of the job application.
